The First UF Health Jacksonville Heart and Valve Disease Conference: Cutting Edge Vascular Care is a one day CME event which will deliver multiple presentations on the most frequently encountered structural heart and valve diseases and focus on the latest cutting-edge therapies. The conference will feature several internationally renowned speakers on cardiovascular medicine and is designed for cardiovascular disease specialists, internal medicine specialists, neurologists, residents, fellows, cardiovascular technologists, nurse practitioners, and other medical providers interested in the management of cardiovascular disease.

As a result of participation in this activity, participants will be able to:
-Recognize patients with structural heart and valve diseases early.
-Recognize appropriate candidate for catheter-based therapies.
-Appropriately refer or treat patients with structural heart and valve diseases.
